Leadership, intangible resources and innovation as drivers of AI-driven growth
TRANSFORM-AI takes the so-called innovation paradox as the starting point for its research: Finland has world-class expertise, a strong education system and a high level of technological readiness, yet these strengths do not translate into economic growth, renewal or international competitiveness.
The project focuses on how decision-making, leadership, intangible capital and the use of AI will influence renewal in the future. It aims to identify practical ways for organisations and society to make better use of their expertise, adopt innovations more quickly and use AI to generate new growth as well as improve efficiency.
Solutions are developed together with businesses, the public sector and other stakeholders. In this way, the project produces practical tools to strengthen productivity, scale up innovations, develop skills and promote sustainable wellbeing.
